Pre-School Registration Packet
The Wanaque Public School District is delighted to announce the opening of two Integrated Pre-School classes for September 2015. One program will be housed at Haskell School and the other at Wanaque School. The morning session (9:00 - 11:15 a.m.) will be comprised of primarily three-year old youngsters and the afternoon session (12:45 – 3:00 p.m.) will address four-year olds.
The tuition-based program anticipates having limited openings for the 2015-2016 school year. A “lottery system” will be implemented if the interest is greater than the number of open seats available.
A modest tuition of $2,000 will be charged, with a $200 deposit due upon application. To be eligible, a general education student must be three (3) years of age on or before October 1, 2015 and must be toilet trained. When applying for the program, please include a copy of the following information:
· birth certificate
· copy of immunizations
· proof of residency (please refer to registration form on the district website)
· $200 deposit
If, by chance, your child is not accepted into the program as a result of the lottery process, your deposit of $200 will be refunded.
A parent information meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 15th at 7:00 p.m. in the Wanaque School Media Center. Please call the main office of your appropriate school building to RSVP your attendance. Haskell School parents, please call Mrs. Roseann Silvestri at 973-835-8200 ext. 1500.
